The property is sold by upward bidding in an online auction arranged on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 14.08.2026 - 06.09.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 06.09.2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer, which will be added to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The bid must be delivered no later than 03.09.2026 at 12:00 in writing to the Enforcement Authority at Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting the written bid.

The object sold through the online auction is binding. If the bid submitted is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
