An area of approx. 20 ha of property Dahlbäck 545-430-14-46. The whole property consists of two parcels. The area for sale consists of one existing parcel (forest parcel approx. 5.6 ha) and a total of approx. 14.4 ha of the other parcel (forest and arable land). The hectare figure is estimated. The buyer is responsible for the subdivision costs.

1/2 share of the arable land property Myräng 545-430-17-106. The whole property is approx. 2.225 ha in total, and the sale concerns half of the property (as a share). There is no registered possession division agreement for the property.
