The Enforcement Authority is selling the following seized properties and property shares in Övermark, Närpes:

Forest property Granrot 545-430-14-41, total approx. 20.30 ha. The property consists of one parcel.

Forest property Heide 545-430-14-42, approx. 3.74 ha. The property consists of one parcel. The properties Granrot and Heide are adjacent.

An unseparated area of approx. 20 ha from property Dahlbäck 545-430-14-46. The whole property consists of two parcels. The area for sale consists of one existing parcel (forest parcel approx. 5.6 ha) and in total approx. 14.4 ha from the other parcel (forest and arable land). The hectare figure is estimated. The buyer is responsible for the subdivision costs.

A 1/2 share in the arable land property Myräng 545-430-17-106. The whole property is approx. 2.225 ha in total, and half of the property is being sold as a share. No registered agreement on possession division applies to the property.

This sales notice is part of a larger package in which the above jointly mortgaged properties and property shares are sold by alternative bids. The properties and property shares are first offered together and then separately. Separate bids may be accepted if they exceed the joint bid, or if the debtor so requires and all preferential claims and the applicant’s claims are covered. If no separate bid is made for a property, but the separate bids still exceed the joint bid, that property will remain unsold.
