The property will be sold by online auction with ascending bids on the website www.huutokaupat.com. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 20.09.2026 at 18:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written bid must be signed and include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid relates. The written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 15.09.2026 at 16:15 to the Finnish Enforcement Authority’s Oulu office, address Torikatu 34-40, 90100 Oulu (open Mon–Fri 8.00–16:15), or by email to oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. The person submitting the written bid is responsible for ensuring that the bid is received by the deadline. The written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Liabilities and rights transferring to the buyer

The sale conditionally includes an electricity connection of 3x25A. To have the electricity connection transferred into their name, the buyer must pay any arrears relating to the connection to the electricity company (Elenia). As of 26.08.2026, the arrears on the connection amount to EUR 788.21. According to Elenia, the price of a new equivalent electricity connection is EUR 2,017.00 (VAT 25.5%). According to information received from Elenia on 26.08.2026, the property’s electricity is at risk of being disconnected due to outstanding receivables. The situation may change during the sale process.

The sale conditionally includes a water connection. To have the water connection transferred into their name, the buyer must pay any arrears relating to the connection to the electricity company (Pyhäjärven Energia ja Vesi Oy). As of 25.08.2026, the arrears on the connection amount to EUR 143.19. Additional charges may arise in connection with the water meter reading; the water meter was last read on 16.10.2025. The situation may change during the sale process. The buyer is responsible for any fees charged for the transfer of connection agreements.

The property has been seized and is sold by free sale arranged by the enforcement officer, applying where appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the property.

A written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must show the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.

The property has been seized and is sold by private sale through the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the general auction terms of the Enforcement Code.
