The property will be sold by bidding in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 15 July 2026 and 09 August 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids expires on 09 August 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The seized object is sold through a private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs from 15 July 2026 to 09 August 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one that the service provider's system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 06 August 2026 at 12:00 to: Enforcement Authority/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

If it is not possible to place bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, the purchaser candidate may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 06 August 2026 at 12:00 at the address Enforcement Authority/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written bid is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the number of the object in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid refers. The bidder must identify themselves when submitting the bid.
