The deadline for submitting bids ends on 13 August 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has registered as highest.

The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to make a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment.

A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies. The offer must be submitted no later than 12 August 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Hämeenlinna office at Ulosottolaitos, Hämeenlinna office, Arvi Kariston katu 5, 13100 Hämeenlinna

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.
