The item is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 20 July 2026 and 16 August 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 16 August 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system availability. The highest bid is the bid the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to stop the sale or extend the sale period.

The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must then state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

If it is not possible to submit an offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 12 August 2026 at 12:00 to the address Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 20 July 2026 and 16 August 2026. The sale period ends on 16 August 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the final purchase offer. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether the highest bid shall be accepted or rejected.

The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the bid's maximum amount and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themself when submitting the bid.
