Seized property in Aitoo village, Pälkäne

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 13 July 2026 and 10 August 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 10 August 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one recorded as highest by the service provider's system. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate pursuant to section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment rules. The written offer must be signed and must state the offerer's contact details, the maximum amount offered and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the offer has been accepted. Payment must be made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions for paying the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. If this is not done, the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by a public sale conducted by the enforcement officer under section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.
