The deadline for submitting bids ends on 23 August 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make an offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bid increment. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum bid amount and the huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. Prior arrangements for submitting a written offer must be made with the enforcement officer and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority, Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 19 August 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting bids.

The buyer is responsible for any fees arising from the transfer of utility or other connection contracts.

The property is sold in an online auction with automatic bid increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 23 August 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer approved for the auction has been made.

If it is not possible to place bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid under the automatic increment. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 19 August 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
