Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the property. Prospective buyers should therefore inspect the property before bidding.
Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registration of title and transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed of sale.
