Enforced-sale property (769 m²) with buildings on Haapakuja, Lahti

The deadline for submitting offers expires on 23 August 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last bid accepted to the auction).

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation pursuant to section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to place a purchase offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer; this will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies. Submitting a written offer must be agreed in advance with the enforcement officer and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority, Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 19 August 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid received.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting offers.

Any fees for transferring utility or subscription contracts are the buyer's responsibility.

The seized property is sold in an online auction with automatic increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 23 August 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer accepted to the auction.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 19 August 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.

A written bid is binding and the same conditions apply to it as to the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact information, the bid's maximum amount and the number of the item in the huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.
