Offers must be made by the stated time. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person on site by making an offer to the seller. The seller and the buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. The bidder accepts these terms of sale when placing a bid.

Before making an offer, the bidder must inspect the property, its documents and records. The buyer may not afterwards rely on any matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection. The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller that could reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.

The sale of the property must be carried out in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price is paid at the signing. The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 4% of the debt-free purchase price (unless they meet the conditions for a permanent first-time home buyer). The fee of the sale confirmer shall be paid half by the buyer and half by the seller.

A party who refuses to complete the sale must compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary acts related to the sale.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest offer.
