Concluding the sale

The sale concerns KOY Tapionsäilä, which owns plot 92-409-6-120 Hauki (0.8626 ha). The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is to be paid at the signing. The fee for the certifying official will be split equally between the seller and the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary acts related to the transaction.
