Seized property for sale in Eestinmäki, Porvoo

Terms of sale:

The property is seized and will be sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with Section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and following the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. Further details are in the sales prospectus.

Bids apply to the purchase price to be paid to the Enforcement Authority. Any other obligations that become the buyer's responsibility are listed in the sales prospectus under obligations and rights transferred to the buyer.

Bids are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.
