Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. You may also participate in the auction in person on site by making an offer to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. The bidder accepts these terms of sale by placing a bid.

Inspection of the property

The bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records before making an offer. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been detected during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information they know and that can be expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale


The sale of real estate must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the signing. The fee for the certifier is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer. The sale is intended to be completed using the real estate transaction service (€236), the cost of which is borne by the buyer.


Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party that refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the sale.
