The deadline for submitting offers ends on 14 June 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability to compensate under Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make an offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment system. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the reference number of the lot on huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates. Arrangements for submitting a written offer must be agreed in advance with the enforcement officer and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority’s Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 10 June 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting bids.

The buyer is responsible for any fees arising from the transfer of connection agreements.

The foreclosed property is sold via an online auction with automatic increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 14 June 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer accepted for the auction has been made.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 10 June 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
