The bidder must, before making an offer, inspect the property and review documents and papers. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the prior inspection.

The seller certifies that they have given the buyer all information the seller knows and that could reasonably affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of the property must be executed in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price is paid at the signing. The fee for the official confirming the deed is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.
