The deadline for submitting bids ends on 14 June 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the provider's system has accepted as highest.

The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

It is also possible to submit a written purchase offer by 10 June 2026 at 12:00. Further instructions in the sales brochure.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The properties for sale form a functional whole. If a buyer wishes to make an offer for only one of the properties for sale, they must submit their offer in writing following the instructions above.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.
