The property will be sold by upwards bidding in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 25 June 2026 and 16 July 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 16 July 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision may take more than two days.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If an accepted bid is made, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the bailiff. The offer will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. Offers must be submitted in writing no later than 14 July 2026 at 12:00 to: Enforcement Authority, Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

A written offer is binding and subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must include the offeror's contact details, the maximum amount offered and the online auction item number.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

Participants are urged to ensure that their contact details registered on www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. The buyer and new owner will, in principle, be the person whose bid is accepted in the online auction. If a bidder has made a bid wholly or partly on behalf of another, they must produce a power of attorney or other proof.

The property has been seized and will be sold in a free sale conducted by the bailiff, complying where applicable with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An enforcement appeal against the sale or any action related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. Instructions on appeals are attached to the sales decision.
