Goods come directly from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot The bidder has a duty before bidding to inspect the lot and any company documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been noticed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item sold carries no warranty, exchange or right of return from the seller. Offers are binding.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so inspect items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check any relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Removal of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller's terms of sale before placing a bid.
