The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may be hidden faults not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders are obliged to inspect the item, and any documents or records related to it, before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on something that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold with no warranty, exchange or right of return from the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Please note each bid has its own collection fee; if you have several winning bids, the collection fee must be paid for each. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Goods The items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or right of return: Sales are final, so check the goods carefully before purchasing. Please always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection (MOT) information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. A charge of €50/day + VAT will be applied for overdue collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the buyer the difference between the new (lower) price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller's sales terms before bidding.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or right of return

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of information in the listing

• if the seller does not accept or reject the highest offer within two (2) working days after the auction ends, the offer no longer binds the bidder.
