• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer fully to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the lot and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions that apply to this auction before placing an offer.
