• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. It has not been examined by a condition assessor, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing The bidder is obliged to inspect the lot, the company documents and relevant papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a fact that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The sold item carries no warranty, exchange or return rights from the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Note that each winning bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots you must pay the collection fee for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please bear this in mind when making an offer. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final; check the items carefully before purchasing. Always verify all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment, and any possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Connection disconnection: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within a week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Overstaying will incur €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller's terms before bidding.

And note that:

• inspect the lot and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no right of exchange or return

• the lot is sold as seen, but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the seller does not announce acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days after the end of the auction, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
