The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so latent defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the item, related company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The auction must be paid for within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com by email. Please note each winning bid has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots, the pickup fee must be paid for each lot. • 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection status using Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late pickup fee of 50 € / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest.
