The item has been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders must inspect the item, the company documents and related records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim something that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item sold carries no warranty, exchange or return rights from the seller. Offers are binding.

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50/day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the full difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and seller conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
