• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold as used, in their current state. Goods come directly from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so there may be hidden faults not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders must inspect the lot, relevant company documents and papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim a matter that could reasonably have been noticed during the preview.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without a seller’s warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days and the receipt sent by email according to the collection and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Goods Items come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Goods are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return rights: The sale is final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check any matters related to the purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the machine, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle taxes, registration and inspection details from TrafiCom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within a week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sale terms that apply to this auction before bidding.

• inspect the lot and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for ensuring the information in the listing is correct
