The seller accepts no responsibility for the condition/functionality/defects/shortcomings of the item. The buyer is responsible for all costs related to moving/transporting the item. The seller has not inspected the condition of the item.

The buyer must collect the item at their own expense at the agreed time. The item must be paid for before collection.

Bids are binding. The highest bidder must pay the full purchase price to the bankruptcy estate's nominated bank account immediately, but no later than two (2) days after the highest bid has been accepted.
