The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a surveyor, so hidden faults may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection: The bidder must, before bidding, familiarise themselves with the property, company documents and related paperwork. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been discovered during the inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without a seller’s warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com. • 🚙 Vehicle fitness: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removing and loading the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
