• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all matters related to the purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Late collection is charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the new (lower) price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please read the auction and sale terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
