The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so there may be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders are obliged to inspect the lot, company documents and other relevant paperwork before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim a matter that could have been noticed during the inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. • 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the equipment, possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles from the public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower selling price and the offered price as well as any agent and debt collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
