The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so there may be hidden faults not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder must inspect the item, the company documents and related paperwork before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim something that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The lot must be paid for within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Please note each bid has its own collection fee; if you win several bids you must pay the collection fee for each. • 🔕 Items Goods come from a bankruptcy estate — please take this into account when making an offer. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check any matters related to the purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the item, possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from the public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be MOT'd, untested, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller's terms before placing a bid.

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold as seen, but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the listing
