The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder must inspect the lot, related company documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been observed during prior inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check a vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale before making an offer.
