• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold as used, in their current state. The goods come directly from use or from storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the auction listing. It has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item, the company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without any warranty, exchange or right of return from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: Payment must be made within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions provided by Huutokaupat.com by email. Note that each successful bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, a collection fee must be paid for each. • 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and any possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes remain the responsibility of the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collecting the goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the item.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the original and the lower resale price as well as any agency and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the applicable auction and sales terms before bidding.

And please note that:

• inspect the item and the information given before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return

• the item is sold "as is", but the advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the listing

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days after the auction ends, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
