• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden faults may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must familiarise themselves with the lot, the company’s documents and related paperwork before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on an issue that could have been noticed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return right for the item. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Please note each bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. The goods are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before buying. Always check all matters related to the purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, item condition and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please allow for this if buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and sale conditions that apply to this auction before placing a bid.

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the lot is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing
