The property is sold in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website.

The online auction ends on 15 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sales period ends on 15 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether the highest bid shall be accepted or rejected.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If necessary, up to six weeks may be granted for payment of the remaining purchase price. During the payment period the buyer shall pay interest in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act on the entire purchase price. The annual interest under Section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bid increment. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 11 June 2026 at 12:00 to the address below

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and shall state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates.

The property is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the property. Buyers should therefore inspect the property before submitting an offer.

The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registration of title and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for registration of title within six months from the date of the deed. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for registration of title, unless exempted from payment of the transfer tax.

The buyer acquires ownership of the property and the deed will be delivered to the buyer only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
