Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. You may also participate in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. The person making an offer accepts these terms of sale by placing the bid.

Inspection

Before making an offer the bidder is obliged to inspect the property and review the documents. The buyer cannot subsequently rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can be expected to affect the transaction.

Concluding the sale

The sale of real estate must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the signing. The fee for the transaction certifier is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer. The sale will preferably be conducted using the property transfer service, the cost of which (€236) is paid by the buyer, including the title registration fee.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with applicable tax rules.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to completing the sale.
