The lot is sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids is 24 June 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

The Enforcement Authority (Ulosottolaitos) is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer decides whether to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment time. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If registration is not possible, a written purchase offer may be submitted. A written offer must arrive at the Enforcement Authority no later than 22 June 2026 at 16:15. The email address is oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi and the postal address is Ulosottolaitos, Raahen toimipaikka, Kummatinkatu 6, 92150 Raahe. A written offer may also be delivered by the above deadline to the Enforcement Authority’s Oulu office at Torikatu 34–40, Oulu. The office counter is open on weekdays 08:00–16:15. A written offer must state the bidder’s name, personal identity number / business ID and contact details. A written offer will be entered in the online auction as a maximum bid. The person submitting a written offer is responsible for ensuring it arrives by the deadline. A written offer is binding and subject to the same conditions as the online auction.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The property is seized and sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The enforcement officer will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer pays the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official trust account. When the payment is visible on the trust account, the enforcement officer issues the sale decision, which is delivered to the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price.

Payment period: If necessary, up to six weeks’ payment time may be granted for the remaining purchase price from the sale decision. In that case, annual interest will be charged on the whole purchase price for the payment period from the sale date until the payment deadline.

Buyer’s obligations and rights transferred

The land lease agreement described above remains in force after the sale. The buyer assumes all rights and obligations that, under the land lease agreement signed on 16 January 2024, belong to the lessor. Income accruing after the sale decision falls to the buyer.

The offer must be received by 22 June 2026 at 16:15 at Utsökningsverket / Raahen verksamhetsställe, Kummatinkatu 6, 92150 Raahestad, or Utsökningsverket / Uleåborg verksamhetsställe, Torikatu 34–40 Uleåborg, or by email to oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written offer is binding and subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, maximum bid amount and the object number in Huutokaupat.com that the bid concerns.
