The lot will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 13 May and 15 June 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 15 June 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's systems. The highest bid is the bid that the provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Code of Enforcement.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may send a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as bids submitted in the online auction.

Offers must be submitted no later than 11 June 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Lappeenranta office, address Villimiehenkatu 2, 53100 Lappeenranta, or by e‑mail to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
