The property has been seized and it is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Execution Act, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Execution Act. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a deposit of 20 percent of the purchase price. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority if the offer is accepted.
