A separate riverside plot of about 4,700 m² bordering the Simojoki at Petäjäkoski. The parcel includes a building site for a holiday home according to the Simojoki local plan (building right 250 m² gross floor area + necessary outbuildings). There are two 400 kV power lines on both sides of and in the immediate vicinity of the property. A driveable track runs under the northern power line to the top of the riverbank, approximately 100 metres from the property. The plot faces south and has abundant mixed woodland. The shoreline is rocky with a hard bottom. Part of the parcel lies in a flood-risk area. The preliminary land-side boundary points of the area for sale have been marked on site with sticks and marker tape.

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with current tax practice and for the title registration and parcel division costs for the specified area.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary steps related to concluding the sale.
