Beautiful wilderness plot of about 3 hectares in Neitokaitti between Hetta and Vuontisjärvi, part of property 47-406-26-34 ISOJÄNKÄ. The parcel has 50 metres of Vaikkojoki riverbank and the ground is mainly dry pine woodland; the parcel is approximately 50 metres wide. In summer the Vaikkojoki can be crossed on foot at the rapids. According to maps there are two cottages in Neitokaitti, so there is plenty of privacy and the Käsivarsi hunting and fishing areas are nearby. Heading north there are no further roads and after a few kilometres the Pöyrisjärvi wilderness area begins, continuing to the Norwegian border. Road rights are handled in the subdivision process; currently there are no roads to the plot. Building requires an exemption permit granted by Enontekiö municipality. The seller is not responsible for obtaining any such permit. The photos may not all be of the exact plot, but the mineral soil area of the whole property corresponds to the images.

Shares in communal areas and special rights of the property transfer to the buyer proportionally to area, except for Enontekiö joint forest shares. The buyer receives 3 joint forest shares. The total area of the property is approx. 125 hectares; subdivision of previously sold parcels is in progress.

The Enontekiö joint forest covers approx. 30,000 hectares where hunting is permitted. A joint-forest shareholder may obtain a seasonal small-game permit for €50 per hunting season. The permit entitles the holder to hunt up to 30 game points. The shareholder permit also includes the right to participate in bear hunting. The shareholder and their family members in inheritance tax class 1 are entitled to use the shareholder's hunting permit. Shareholder permits are allocated as follows: 0.1–5 shares entitle one shareholder hunting permit. 5.01–10 shares entitle two shareholder permits.
