The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by private sale pursuant to section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a 20 per cent deposit. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority when an offer is accepted.
