The property has been seized and will be sold by private sale by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a deposit of 20 percent of the purchase price. Further payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority when a bid is accepted.
