The item is sold by bidding in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 28 April 2026 - 20 May 2026. Participation requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 20 May 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The enforcement authority is not responsible for the service provider's system availability. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to place a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the bailiff, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The offer must be delivered no later than 18 May 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or by e-mail to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the bid's maximum amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written bid.

The seized item is sold in a private sale conducted by the bailiff on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 28 April 2026 - 20 May 2026.
