From property 416-437-3-6 Suomäki a parcel of approx. 0.5 ha is to be separated, with a small arable area, a garden (apple trees and berry bushes), a well‑maintained old storehouse and barn, and a vacant house built in 1953. The buildings on the parcel came into possession in connection with a timber sale (2025), when they were sold as suitable for demolition. The house has no mains water or sewer. There has been a dishwasher in the house and at the field edge there are two wells that have not been inspected. Electricity is connected. Visually, the house requires exterior painting and internally the wall lining (pinkopahvi) needs replacing or other surface repair, mainly in the living room. Floors and joinery OK. There is some loose property in the house, barn and storehouse: furniture, small items, tools and, for example, firewood. The barn building also includes a sauna. The chimneys of the barn or house have not been inspected or swept. Property tax for 2026 is €86.70. The parcel separation costs are approx. €1,500 and will be split equally with the buyer.
