• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been subject to a formal condition inspection. They are sold as-is, in their current condition, directly from use or storage. The seller has described the item for the listing; it has not been inspected by a professional, so hidden defects may exist.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders are obliged to inspect the item, company documents and related papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no seller warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee applies to each lot. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify matters related to the purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection records via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. The sale may include vehicles that are inspected, uninspected or with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electrical or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If a buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sale terms that apply before bidding.

•    inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

•    bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

•    the item is sold as seen, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring the listing information is correct

•    if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days after the auction ends, the bid no longer binds the bidder
