The City of Raseborg offers for sale a KLT-1 plot in the Bäljars business area in Karis.

KLT-1 plot 710-57-7014-7, area 2734 m²; under the valid local plan the plot’s building right is approx. 1093 m². Block area for commercial buildings and for buildings for non-environmentally disturbing industry.

Fuel distribution points may be placed on building areas marked with the "lh" designation.

The City of Raseborg is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s software.

The City of Raseborg reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids submitted via the online auction are binding.

The property is sold to the highest bidder (total price, €). The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. Conditional bids will not be accepted.

The property is sold as seen and with the equipment specified in the advertisement and at the time of purchase.

Descriptions in the advertisement reflect only the seller’s assessment of the property.

Participants must inspect the property before submitting a binding bid. By bidding, the bidder accepts the condition of the property.

The buyer pays the purchase price at the time of purchase. Ownership transfers to the buyer upon signing the deed of sale and payment of the purchase price.

The sale requires a decision by the City of Raseborg in accordance with the applicable administrative rules. The sales decision will be placed on public display and is subject to the appeal period under the Municipal Act. The final sale must be concluded no later than two months after the sales decision has become legally valid. The time to fulfil the building obligation is two (2) years. Otherwise, the city’s general terms for the transfer of plots apply as appropriate.

Bids for Bäljars lh should be submitted via Huutokaupat.com by 22 June 2026 at 14:00. Bids submitted by other means or after the above time will be rejected.
