Offers

Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. You may also participate in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By submitting an offer, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

Before making an offer, the bidder must inspect the flat, the housing company and all documents and records relating to the property. The buyer may not later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

Seller's information

The seller assures that they have provided the buyer with all known matters that may affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of the housing company's shares is executed with a written deed of sale. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price will take place at the signing or in another manner agreed separately.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in force at the time and any other possible costs related to the sale.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to conclude the sale after an accepted offer must compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from the sale, such as the costs of obtaining documents and other necessary measures related to the transaction.
