The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 30 March 2026 and 22 April 2026.

Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 22 April 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the provider’s system has accepted as highest.

The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. A decision to accept or reject may take more than two days.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. There is no right of withdrawal for the highest bidder. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increase mechanism. Offers must be submitted in writing no later than 21 April 2026 by 12:00 to: Ulosottolaitos, Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

A written offer is binding and subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount offered and the online auction item number to which the offer applies.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sales period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure the contact details registered with www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. The buyer and new owner will, in principle, be the person who has submitted the accepted bid in the online auction. If a bidder has made a bid wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other proof.

The assets are seized and will be sold by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer, following as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are urged to inspect the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents carefully.

Enforcement appeals concerning the sale and any actions related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the sale date. The appeal instructions are attached to the sale decision.
