The deadline for submitting offers ends on 26 April 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment time. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. A written offer is binding and subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the huutokaupat.com service. Prior arrangements for submitting a written offer must be made with the enforcement officer and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority, Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 22 April 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting offers.

The buyer is responsible for any charges arising from the transfer of connection contracts.

The seized property is sold on an online auction with automatic increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 26 April 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer approved for the auction has been made.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 22 April 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.

A written bid is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply to it. The written bid must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the number of the object in the huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.
